Er..

Wow, I thought facebook was plain awesome because it allowed people to keep in contact with others and find people you knew in the past and what not.

But what if someone finds you, that you wish you never heard of again?

I was a very happy 14 year old to find out this person was moving away. I never had to see this person again. I could start to live again.

Now, this person finds me on Facebook.. they had to have searched for me. They have 6 friends.

Now you can just say: "Just ignore the request!" but, for one, the person sent a message with it, that seems like they are a changed person. (Lets say "God Bless" isnt something that I would have heard of back then)

I know I am supposed to forgive, and this person is the person that I have the hardest time forgiving. I know without this person in my life, I could be a totally different person, without the things I have now, and the people I have now, but I also know this person is someone that, when I seen the person's picture on Facebook, made my heartbeat raise in a scared sort of way.

Do you have any advice? I for sure am not going to add the person. However, I had been teetering on sending him a simple "Good to see you are doing well, but please do not contact me again" Or something more mean.

Forgiveness does not mean that you need to allow them to be back in your life in any way. I wouldn't add them... It is great to forgive, but that doesn't mean that someone deserves to be trusted. But then, you should follow what you think is the right thing to do.... BTW, your nephew is being a little pain in the butt! :) See you soon!

Well, this is what I do...will you ever talk to them? Is it worth it for them to be on your friends list? I always go through and purge my friends list every few months and if we dont' talk, I get rid of them.
