And I aint doing the workin!
Ok I am doing a little, but David has been doing most of it. He got loaned to another development team at Boeing.. same product, different section of it.. the main and most important section as well. Anyway, they borrowed him cause he works well, and the timing was right, and they REALLY needed the help. So, David has been working overtime to try to help these guys get their product done. Last week he put in 30 hours of overtime, and this week, (which started on Friday) he's already worked.. 9 hours extra yesterday, and is still at work right now.. so 10 extra hours so far.. and then next week, who knows. Hopefully its not as much, because I am getting quite lonely sitting at home! On Thursday, he went in at 7:30 AM... made it home at 10:30 PM. I literally didnt 'see' him until I was in bed! (Since I wear my 'Hearos' sleeping mask at night, its always on when he wakes me up to let me know he's leaving)
But I have made a few bucks as well. I decided to start trying to see if I could get into 'Catsitting' since no places are hiring. I've had two clients so far. Last week was a kitten that we had here for a week.. oh man.. that was NUTS. It makes me thankful for a very calm Kiara that we have.. but it was so amusing.. sort of like a hyper and fun little kid that you can hand back to their mom but you had fun with them while they were there. This week I have an adult cat that is a talker! Boots, our cat in Tecumseh, and this cat, would be able to chat all day.. they both have the same talking style too, its so funny. Anyway, this is SO much easier, cause he doesnt come and chew every wire, and just sleeps and climbs around everything. Kiara can also ignore him better since he doesnt chase her around the house like the kitten did.
Next week we're going on a vacation. To Ocean Shores. Its a resort pretty much straight west of here on the Pacific Ocean. Its only going to be 60 degrees, but I dont care! A beach is a beach! David secretly planned this thing all out, so I am curious on what he actually has in store while we're there.. since we were planning on a day trip, and it suddenly became a two night deal. Amusing, but hey, David is making the money to more than pay for the trip and then some! What a wonderful sugardaddy! (Oh, he labeled himself a sugardaddy since hes started racking in the dough at work)

Have fun at Ocean Shores! We used to go there when I was a kid. I grew up in Seattle! So we went there and San Juan Islands. Love it. Have a blast.
